We will offer you a 100% refund if we are unable to provide you with the work needed. If our copywriter’s, artist’s or video animator’s work is satisfactory but we are unable to comply with your standards, then you will be charged on a pro-rated basis (hours worked). The outstanding amount will then be refunded to you.
