Our pricing is based on the word count of the script. This is because the word count determines the number of drawings and scenes we have to do. Some voice-over artists are slow and some are fast, either way we still need to create the correct number of illustrations and scenes for the correct number of minutes based on your script
For example a script of 611 words will be 4 minute pricing even if the voice-over ends up being only 3 minutes 10 seconds. We are still creating 4 minutes worth of illustrations and scenes.
Also the voice-over artist also charges based on script length. If we tell them to read fast or slow, the price is by script word count, not their final voice-over length.

‘How long should my video script be?”is almost everyone’s question.
The short and easy answer: as long as it takes to say what you need to say.
So we know that people buy for emotional reasons – it’s rarely logical (almost never!). And the truth is that as long as your message hits the emotional “hot” buttons, the length of the video is mostly irrelevant.
In fact, our research experience and data shows that the highest converting videos are actually in the 500 – 2000 word range (in some cases even more) because the content is interesting and people are watching it because they want to solve a problem.
A 1 minute video should be approximately 150-170 words.
Example: Let’s say you have a video script and it’s 744 words. The best way to calculate the length of your video is to just divide your script word count by 160
(average word count per minute). So for a 744 word script it is: 744 / 160 = 4.65 (that means your video is going to be around 4:30-4:40 minute long.
Again, don’t stress over “length”…make sure your message is right and this shouldn’t be an issue.

If you’re on a budget, using software is OK. However if you are a serious business owner without any designing or drawing skills, you’ll experience a lot of painful trial and error issues as well as limitations in what images you can use.
Yes I know some software comes with a lot of pre-made images, but 99% of the time (if not 100%) these images are being used by hundreds (if not thousands) of other companies. PayPal is huge pain sometimes when it comes to handling payments. They review a transaction for any number of reasons and they never tell us why. It’s under “Paypal review” and shows it will be pending for 24 hours.
Maybe the payment was made from one state and the CC billing address is in another? Probably because credit card holder is first time buyer or unregistered with PayPal? stuff like this is why. Usually they will give a call to whoever placed the payment to verify.

Voice Over Production:
Even though we provide revisions on script writing and illustrations, when it comes to the voice-over things are little different.
Once you choose a voice over talent for your video and we get it recorded, unfortunately we can’t go back and record it again without charging an additional fee.
We don’t offer multiple reads on the voice-over because most of the time the first reading comes out great. This allows us to keep our cost for it affordable for our customers. If there was a mistake in it or a mispronunciation then we take care of it at no charge, but if it’s something subjective we do need add a fee.

Video Production:
Yes, no problem.
The scenes and drawing must keep up with the narration. There are 3 ways to slow the drawing down.
1. Remove elements from the scene.
2. Make the narration even slower.
3. Keep the narration and scenes as is and draw less. To do this, we would need to bring in the elements of the video is other ways and not draw them. For example, fly them in or pop them in.

During storyboard phase, we send you the actual drawings for your review/approval in case you want to make any necessary changes. Then, once the visual storyboard is approved by the client we release the artist from the project and we pass the project to our video editor/animator.
If we have to bring the artist back to the project it’s a subject to an extra fee. That is the reason why we first send you the storyboard for your review first before we release artist.
Yes, if you want us NOT to use the hand, it is possible. Please let us know when you order and note this on your Creative Brief
Your video will be delivered to you at a High-Definition ready-to-publish format (MP4), also compatible with iPad and all mobile devices.
Our standard delivery time for completing projects is about 2 to 3 weeks (given the fact client is responsive to our emails and not too many revisions are requested).
Please note ALL deadlines must be pre-scheduled. In other words, you should let us know your deadline in advance prior to placing your order. If any last-minute deadlines occur, it is subject to additional fees based on our team’s availability.
Rush delivery option costs extra because your project will be “rushed” into production ahead of all other open projects and our team will work around the clock to meet your deadline.
We can send you the video in any dimension you want. Normally we send it as 1280×720, HD quality
Assuming timely approval/feedback from the client, our standard delivery time for the entire video is 2-3 weeks (we usually deliver sooner).
We do offer a 5-Day rush delivery option, however this costs extra as it puts your project on top priority from all the other open projects we have and our team will work around the clock to meet your deadline and deliver everything to you in 5 business days… but if 2-3 weeks sounds fine, we can stick to that.

Unlike most of our competitors, wizMotions provides custom original artwork. We don’t use clipart or Google images so you’ll never have any copyright issues with us. And you will know your product is 100% original, created just for you, tailored to your needs to explain your message faster and better.
Because our pricing is already so competitive compared to the quality that we offer, we just don’t have the time to offer smaller projects for less than one minute of production. The minimum price we can offer our services is based on anything up to a minute and not per second.
However you’re free to take advantage of this and have our team create for you a longer video (up to 60 seconds) without paying anything more. 🙂
We offer unlimited revisions (within reason) during storyboard/illustration phase. Once the artwork/illustrations are approved and after the video is produced, any changes to illustrations may be subject to extra fees. While it does take alot of time to create the illustrations, it takes even more time to prepare them for production for the video.
You can however request any changes to animation and timing that are in the scope of your project. You can also request changes for the sound effects and music volume if that is included in your order. We will do 2 rounds of these requested changes at no charge.
After 2 rounds, if you require more changes, it may be subject to a charge.

We will provide a few videos that are white-labeled that you may use in your portfolio. However, we don’t allow any videos to be downloaded and used in your portfolio without our permission.
We never add any of our details or logos to any videos we create so you’re safe. No worries.
