Since the entire process is overseen by a local real estate broker, at no additional expense to the seller, users of SQFT are able to conduct a complete professional real estate transaction without paying expensive agent fees. Struggling to explain to sellers how a complex real estate process could be simplified into one mobile app, Mark contacted wizMotions with the hope that a whiteboard video could convince sellers how easy the app is to use.

With the introduction of SQFT, Mark and his team hoped to break down barriers within the industry and empower sellers with tools to conduct professional and binding transactions from a mobile device for a fraction of the cost.
